Blog Question 7/15



My chosen metal is Lead. The symbol is Pb and the atomic number is 82, and it has an atomic weight of 207.2. Lead is used for many things such as bullets, candles, and many more everyday objects. It used to be used in pencils and lead pipes. It was poisonous to the consumers therefor they changed the products to graphite and copper. Lead is a heavy metal ion and is commonly found in Missouri.
